The session will highlight available resources to ensure your care is accessible and culturally informed. 

You will learn: 

  • What to expect when visiting clinics or providers in the Fraser Health region 
  • How to organize interpretation for medical appointments 
  • How to enroll in the Medical Services Plan (MSP) 

Tools you will leave with: 

  • A collection of resources on the Burnaby Primary Care Network website 
  • A user-friendly menu to help you navigate the health care system 
  • Information on how to use a new multilingual patient intake form that is under development
