Terapia ocupacional

Occupational therapy helps people work through physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges that interfere with their ability to participate in day-to-day activities — or activities that are meaningful to their lives.

PCN Occupational Therapists (OTs) take a whole-person approach to address a range of issues. They can support patients recovering from an injury, surgery, or illness and facilitate workplace rehabilitation for those returning to work. They can work with patients to manage chronic conditions, pain, or mental health, including providing education to prevent further challenges. PCN OTs can also provide functional, ergonomic, and safety and risk assessments and offer recommendations and guidance around assistive devices and adaptive strategies.

This service is for those with mild to moderate needs who cannot access occupational therapy through other means. Eligible patients can receive 1-6 OT sessions.

Nuestros profesionales de la salud pueden ofrecer servicios en varios idiomas y tienen acceso a servicios de interpretación en más de 150 lenguas.
